Y. G. Mahajan (born 12 May 1941) is an Indian politician from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) political party. He was a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India, representing the Jalgaon constituency of Maharashtra .〔 (Official biographical sketch in Parliament of India website )〕 In the sting Operation Duryodhana〔 〕 by the Noida based media firm Cobrapost, aired December 12, 2005 on the Indian Hindi news TV Channel Aaj Tak, Mahajan was caught on video accepting bribes of Rs. 35,000 for fielding questions in parliament.
